Do you ever feel like you are starting to stretch yourself out or are beginning to feel burnt out? Well, I’m here to tell you, a high-end Ferrari brotha like me also starts to burn out. Everyone gets burnt out on things it's natural. The key to it is limiting the chances of reaching that point by having your fire extinguishers in place, fully charged, or those Sensi beans in your back pocket for a rainy day.

I learned that dealing with my burnout or my Sensi Bean was doing something that I wanted to do without the worry of work or personal matters. Whether that’s going on a nice long hike or go get choked up in Randori it was something I wanted to do and I was there in that moment focused on that moment. I would maybe respond to texts or answer calls but for the most part, that time was for me. What I’m saying is, if you’re feeling burnt out take a step back to reassess your activity schedule to prioritize some time for yourself to indulge in the things that bring you joy and happiness.
